Circulation Coordinator

Garfield County Public Library District is looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Circulation Coordinator for the New Castle Branch Library.

The job entails training and supporting library staff in performing basic circulation functions (i.e., check-in, check-out, holds, claims, notices, etc.), managing the circulation desk, overseeing the use of public computers, and scheduling the staff at the library. Individuals need to be organized, personable, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Library experience required. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour. Branch Manager

The Garfield County Public Library District is seeking a Branch Manager for our Rifle library.

Outstanding candidates will be prepared to:

  • manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, growing library
  • provide programming and library services to a rural community of about 10,000 people
  • engage the community as a member and leader in dynamic partnerships
  • empower staff, make decisions with data, and achieve consensus

Minimum 3 years of library experience and 2 years supervisory experience is required. Hiring range is $52,000-$66,560 (DOQ) plus benefits.
