Food for Fines in February

Food for Fines in February

During the month of February bring in non-perishable food items to any of the six Garfield County Libraries and receive $1 credit for each item you donate. Credits can only be applied to current fines and cannot go toward lost materials or fees. Food items cannot be expired. All items will be given to the local LIFT-UP.

Items LIFT-UP always needs include the following: canned tuna, canned chicken, canned salmon, canned soup, dried and canned beans, canned chili, canned beef stew, peanut butter, crackers (regular or whole grain), all types of pasta, cereal (low sugar/high fiber), macaroni and cheese, canned vegetables, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, pasta sauces, canned fruit, jelly (grape or strawberry).
