Cynthia Vodopich

Cynthia Vodopich grew up at The Delice Pastry Shop's several locations in Aspen and then Glenwood Springs.  After acquiring a bachelor's degree she came right back to work at Walter Huber's family restaurant.  When the restaurant closed for good in the spring of 2006, Cynthia decided that the 2 or 3 generations of customers deserved to have the recipes for all those delectable pastries and breads, soups and chili.  The family scrapbook was raided for memories and photography was provided by Mark Hatch Photography and Mark Vodopich, husband and amateur photographer. Cynthia lives in Gypsum with her husband, a couple of dogs and a cat; works in Glenwood Springs and spends her days off hiking and her vacations exploring the western states with special interest in archaeology and history.
