Have you ever wondered what yoga is and what it could offer you? Join Cathy Carlson as she shares the basics and benefits of yoga including: improving flexibility and strength, breathing exercises to energize the body, and short meditations to improve focus and relaxation. Join us for one or both classes to see if yoga is for you! Come in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. All ages welcome.
