July 28 - Your foam roller is much more than a torture device – it’s an effective mobility tool. Using it correctly reduces pain and restores mobility. Learn about foam rolling techniques and other simple myofascial tools at this free 60 minute clinic taught by Steve Wells from Midland Fitness. Bring your own yoga or stretch mat and a foam roller if you have one and wear loose fitting clothes.
