Hula Hoop Fun and Fitness

Make and decorate your own hula hoop and learn the basics of hooping! Did you know that Hula hooping for half an hour can work off as many calories as cardio kickboxing or step aerobics? Hooping also improves large and small motor skills, increases balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. Plus it brings a smile to everyone’s face!
Class size is limited to 15 people, and there will be a $5.00 material fee payable at signup.
