Using Credit to Your Advantage
Literacy Outreach continues the series of financial literacy classes this month with the topic “Using Credit to Your Advantage.” This class includes all the basic information you need to understand what credit is and how to make it work for you. Learn about your credit score and credit report, and how to use credit cards and loans the smart way. Ways to deal with debt problems will also be discussed. This financial literacy course will be offered at two sessions. The English session will begin at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library on July 26th at 6:30 p.m. The Spanish session will be held at 6:30 p.m. on July 28. This workshop is brought to you by Wells Fargo Bank, Literacy Outreach, and the Garfield County Libraries.
This class is free and open to the public. It’s perfect for those just learning to use credit or who are having trouble with credit. There is still useful information to be learned even if you are experienced. Please join us!
