Tiana Star Concert

Singer / songwriter Tiana Star will perform at the New Castle Branch Library at 6:30 p.m. She will sign CDs after the performance. Tiana has a beautiful voice, which can be sampled at her website www.tianastar.com. The concert is free and open to the public.
