Tai Chi 101
Are you interested in learning more about Tai Chi? Local expert John Norton will be offering a free class at the library geared for seniors (but open to any interested adult) that wants to know more about this ancient exercise that helps improve your balance, strength, endurance, and agility. The program will be held in the Silt Branch Library on Tuesday, September 10 from 6:30-8:00 pm.
