Silt Branch Grand Opening!

The Silt Branch Library is celebrating its Grand Opening on Saturday, October 6 at 10 a.m. Special guest speakers will start the day, followed by the ribbon cutting. There will be refreshments, giveaways, and live music with the Mountain Smuggler Boys to celebrate this momentous day. Come check out the new library, which is more than three times as big than the old library and features a large meeting room, two study rooms, unique children's and teen spaces, a designated computer area, a cozy reading area with a fireplace, a plaza for outdoor reading and events, and almost 4,000 new library items!
