In 1957, Carlotta Walls LaNier and eight other black students - known as the Little Rock Nine - only wanted to make it to class. But their journey would lead the nation on a much more turbulent path. In A Mighty Long Way, Walls LaNier has written an inspiring memoir that shines a light on this watershed moment in Civil Rights history.
