Mammal Skulls of Colorado

Come to the Rifle Branch Library on Wednesday, June 27th to learn about mammal skulls of Colorado!  This interactive presentation will use skulls of various mammals which can be found in Colorado.  The participants will learn how to differentiate between skulls of carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores.  They will also learn about predator and prey species.  The skulls are used to look at the teeth, jaw structure, eye sockets, and cranial ridges.
