Little Brother X
Marcus, a.k.a ?w1n5t0n,? is only seventeen years old, but he figures he already knows how the system works?and how to work the system. Smart, fast, and wise to the ways of the networked world, he has no trouble outwitting his high school's intrusive but clumsy surveillance systems.
This is a fast paced book whose main character, Marcus is a computer hacker in high school. When terrorists attack the Bay Bridge in San Francisco, Marcus and his 3 friends are detained as suspected terrorists. After the government gains too much power, Marcus leads a revolution of young people who backlash against the police state San Francisco becomes. The author does a good job of explaining hacking and math principles to the reader so the logic all makes sense.
