Library Closed for Topping Off Ceremony

The New Castle Branch Library will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7th. Library staff will be attending a Topping Off Ceremony as the final beam is placed on the remodeled New Castle Branch Library building!
