Gov. Ritter visits Rifle Branch

Governor Bill Ritter Jr. will visit the Rifle Branch Library on Thursday, December 9, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. to dedicate the library's rooftop solar array and celebrate new energy achievements throughout Garfield County. The event is free and open to the public.
