Did you know that as of August 1, 2010 it is a ticketable offence in Colorado to not have a child up to 8 years of age in the appropriate car/booster seat regardless of weight/height? Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of unintentional deaths of children, and 8 out of 10 child restraint devices are installed improperly. Please join Jennifer Ruehmann, Child Passenger Safety Technician, to learn everything you need to know about this important topic. A drawing will be held at the end of the presentation for three brand new booster seats donated by Jack Sours of Rifle Insurance Agency.
