Baby Sign Language

Join us as Chelsea Bridges from Aspen Camp of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing shows parents ways they can teach thier children to communicate their wants/needs before they can verbally pronounce them. This series of classes which lasts half an hour is aimed to decrease frustration between parents and babies, and has shown to enhance literacy later in life. During Baby Sign Class, you and your child will learn how to communicate with each other through a variety of simple signs taught during games, dancing, and storytelling.

Baby Sign Language takes place at the Silt Branch Library at 11:00 am on May 3, 10, and 17.
