5th Element K-2 Class @ Rifle

Children in kindergarten through 2nd grade are invited to the Rifle Branch Library on Friday, November 30 from 12 to 2 p.m. to learn about creatures living in the ocean with Ms. Cathy Carlson. Discover the fascinating fish and animals living in the ocean—from the sunlight zone close to the surface to thousands of feet down to the mysterious midnight zone. We will make our own project using computers and videos to explore creatures of the deep like a submersible ocean vehicle. (Recommended, but not required, that you begin this exploration on November 9.) Snacks and supplies will be provided.
