 The New Castle Branch Library wants your ideas and is seeking students to join the Teen Advisory Group (TAG).

TAG is run by teens for teens!

 Practice reading to a friendly dog! Indy the dog provides a pressure-free audience for children to practice their reading-aloud skills -- and he loves to listen to stories! This event requires advance registration and parent permission.

 The Teen Advisory Board is a monthly forum where teens discuss issues related to teen use of the library -- its materials, services, and programs.

 If you love words, games, and having fun, this club is for you! Our adult Scrabble Club meets from 6-8 p.m.

 All teens in grades 7-12 interested in joining the challenge are invited to come to the New Castle Branch Library on Monday, June 11th at 3:00 pm to test their skills at survival and cunning.  Teams who survive will receive special rewards.  Sustenance will be provided.  Call the library at (970) 984-2346 for more information.

 All teens in grades 7-12 who made it through the survival challenge last week, and any new teens are invited to the New Castle Branch Library on Monday, June 28th at 3:00 pm to create their own paracord survival bracelets.  Light snacks and drinks will be provided.  For more information, call the library at (970) 984-2081.

 All teens in grades 7-12 who survived the past three weeks of summer reading (and any new teens) are invited to the New Castle Branch Library on Monday, July 2nd at 3:00 pm for a special matinee showing of a film of majority choice.  Popcorn and drinks will be provided.  For more information, call the library at (970) 984-2346.
