Teen Scavenger Hunt

 There will be a scavenger hunt for teens at the Silt Branch Library on July 9th from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.  After completing the scavenger hunt, pizza will be served.

The Good, the Bad, and the Gross

 Join us at the Parachute Branch Library on Wednesday, July 11th from 3:00 to 4:00 pm for The Good, the Bad, and the Gross Hits the Web!  This month you will be able to track your "grossology" in cyber space.

Wii Wednesdays

 All teens and tweens in middle school and up are invited to drop in for fun, friends, and food as we host open play gaming on our Wii console each week. Every Wednesday at the Rifle Branch Library, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Digital Camera Club

 Amateur photography enthusiasts meet at the New Castle Branch Library at 7:00 pm to learn from local professionals how to get the most out of their digital cameras, exchange ideas, and participate in fun projects. Join in discussions on lighting, focus, color, angles, lenses, software, and all aspects of turning a photo into art. Please bring your camera, other equipment, and recent photos (either printed or stored) to present and discuss.

Scrabble Club

If you love words, games, and having fun, this club is for you! Our adult Scrabble Club meets from 6-8 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month at the Glenwood Springs Branch. Beginners and experts alike are encouraged to join and the club is free and open to the public. Make new friends and learn new Scrabble strategies. Bring your own board if you have one. Scoring materials and dictionaries will be provided.

Computers for Beginners, Level 2

Come to theRifle Branch Library on Sunday, July 29th from 2:00 to 3:30 pm when Go2Workshops@YourLibrary offers a Computers for Beginners, Level 2 workshop!  This class will review the basic computer tasks in a Windows environment and will review the differences between a document and a program.  Learn to create documents, save them in the right place (hard drive or USB), and perform proper shutdown procedures.  completion of "Computers for Beginners Level 1" or basic computer, mouse, and keyboard skills are required to attend this workshop.
