Tween Book Club
Tweens (ages 9 to 12) are invited to read and talk about good books at the library. The Tween Book Club meets after school on the second Thursday of each month from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library. Light snacks are served.
Teen Reads Book Club
Join Rifle Branch Library's Teen Reads Book Club. We will kick off our book club this year on September 17th at 6;00 p.m.

Uncomplicated Book Club for Grade School Kids!
This special book club for elementary school children will explore some funny, scary, and serious books throughout the year. Join us at the New Castle Branch Library after school on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. to discuss and explore the themes and characters of books. Maybe, we'll even write our own!

The book that will be discussed will be chosen at the September meeting, call the library at 984-2346 to find out the title. Please be ready to discuss the book at our meeting. We will also be selecting the next book at this meeting.

New Castle Branch Library is launching a new book club that will be meeting the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 10:30 a.m. The first book we will be discussing is Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay. Please come prepared with ideas for future titles and plan on having a good time sharing our passion for good books. Light refreshments will be served.

Sarah Swedberg, Ph.D, Associate Professor of American History at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, will provide a background lecture on the subject and will lead the conversation on the selected readings: ʺAmerica's Warʺ anthology (Part Five).

Join us at the Silt Branch Library on Saturday, November 10th for the fourth of five discussions on the American Civil War. Sarah Swedberg, Ph.D, Associate Professor of American History at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, will provide a background lecture on the subject and will lead the conversation on the selected readings: "Crossroads of Freedom" by James McPherson and ʺAmerica's Warʺ anthology (Part Four).
