Arts and Crafts

 Teens and manga artists, join your peers at the New Castle Branch Library every Wednesday at 4:30 pm to learn techniques and share your talents.  All levels are welcome- just bring a pencil, paper, and your imagination.  

Come to the New Castle Branch Library at 6:30 pm on Thursday, July 12th where you can Dream Big as you spend the evening with friends and learn how to make a dream catcher.  All supplies will be provided so you can dream up your own dream catcher to take home.

 Come to the Silt Branch Library at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, June 19th where you can Dream Big as you spend the evening with friends and learn how to make a dream catcher.  All supplies will be provided so you can dream up your own dream catcher to take home.

 Come to the Gordon Cooper Branch Library at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 19th where you can Dream Big as you spend the evening with friends and learn how to make a dream catcher.  All supplies will be provided so you can dream up your own dream catcher to take home.

Come to the Rifle Branch Library at 6:30 on Tuesday, July 17th for Bat Bedtime Storytime.

Preschool age children can listent to bat stories, create a fun bat craft, and enjoy special bat treats.  This program is concurrent with Got Bats?- a program for older children and adults.

 Come to the Glenwood Springs Branch Library at 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 19th where you can Dream Big as you spend the evening with friends and learn how to make a dream catcher.  All supplies will be provided so you can dream up your own dream catcher to take home.

 Teens are welcome to come to the Rifle Branch Library on Tuesday, July 10th at 1:00pm for a kite making and decorating contest.  The most creative kite will win a prize.  Weather permitting, participants can head over to Centennial Park to fly their kites!
