Drop in each Wednesday night from 6:00 - 7:30 pm for some explosive tech help that will blast you to the next level of tech-pertise with your digital device. Kindles. Nooks. iPads. Androids. Laptops. MP3 players... You name it, we can help! You will receive 10-15 minutes of on-the-spot training with your questions answered. Be sure to have your device charged and ready to go with any cables you may need before you drop in. This program is held at the Rifle Branch Library and open to all ages.
After a long day of school, Wig Out with Us at the Rifle Branch Library from 4:00 - 6:00 pm in the large meeting room upstairs. Video games, internet access, snacks, skill toys, TabLab programs, random activities throughout the school year, and just chillin' with your friends. So when school gets tough, don't stress out, WIG OUT!
This free introductory class will offer hands-on training for adults who are new to computers. You will learn key computer terminology and what it does, how to use a keyboard and mouse to interact with a computer, and the basic layout of a computer screen. You'll also be introduced to the library website. Have computer questions? Our tech experts can answer these for you. This class will take place at the Rifle Branch Library on Tuesday, October 1 and Tuesday, October 15 at 3:00 pm.
The Rifle Branch Library is full of ideas to help you prepare for the big night! Come to our Halloween Trick-or-Treat Bag Decorating craft and use our supplies to create the coolest bag on your block! This craft will take place on Friday, October 25 at 1:00 pm.
The St. Mary's Bloodmobile will be at the library for a special blood drive. One donation can help as many as four people, and the St. Mary's Regional Blood Center supplies blood to all hospitals on the Western Slope. It's safe, fast, and the easiest way to save a life. The Bloodmobile will be stationed at the Rifle Branch Library on Thursday, October 24 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Garfield County Libraries is presenting Back 2 School Concerts by the Carbondale Branch Library's resident musician, Sue Schnitzer. Sue is an award winning children's musician who specializes in high energy, interactive music programs for children. Come sing, dance, jump, and wiggle along!
