 Like to read? This club is open to all teens who like to read and talk about good books with new friend. Stop by the front desk or call to find out what book we will be discussing this month, or bring whatever you are currently reading to the meeting to share your thoughts with us!

Manga & Anime Club

 Do you love Manga and Anime? So do we! Join us at 5:00 pm on Thursdays in April the New Castle Branch Library to talk about your favorites, get recommendations, and practice your drawing skills.

After School Arts and Crafts

 Elementary school children are invited to meet at the New Castle Branch Library after school on Thursday, April 4 to explore different arts & crafts. All supplies will be provided, as well as after school snacks.

Preschool Storytime

All preschoolers are invited to join us at the New Castle Branch Library for stories, crafts and new friends every Tuesday at 10:30!  

What Are You Reading? Bookclub

 "What are you reading? Bookclub" is a book discussion group for elementary school aged children, from 3rd through 5th grades. Meet at the New Castle Branch Library on Tuesday, April 2 and the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. to share your favorite books and authors. After school snacks will be served! 

5th Element 3-4 Class @ New Castle

 Children in 3rd and 4th grades are invited to this WOOT of a class taking place at the New Castle Branch Library on March 15th from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. We will be studying the owls that live in Colorado with Ms. Margaret Cooke. Discover what owls sound like, dissect their food and learn all about owls’ body parts. Supplies and snacks will be provided. 5th Element K-2 Class @ New Castle

 Children in kindergarten through 2nd grade are invited to this WOOT of a class taking place at the New Castle Branch Library on Friday, March 15th from 12 to 2 p.m. We will be studying the owls that live in Colorado with Ms. Margaret Cooke. We will do a variety of experiments that have to with the 5 senses and the organs in your body. Supplies and snacks will be provided.  All future pilots in the 3rd and 4th grade please report to home base at the New Castle Branch Library on Friday, March 1 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to learn about air and flight with Mr. Paul Stanley. Come learn how airplanes, helicopters and hot air balloons travel through the air. We will be making stealthy paper airplanes, gravity defying parachutes and helicopter spinners.
