Storytime Halloween Parade
During the week of Halloween, the New Castle Branch Library is putting storytime on parade! Wear your costume and bring a trick-or-treat bag.
Halloween storytime & trick-or-treating
Toddlers and preschoolers (and their accompanying adults!) are welcome to attend the combined storytime at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. We'll be trick-or-treating around the block to local merchants during our October 26 storytime, so wear your Halloween costume!
Bilingual Storytime (Storytime en Inglés y en Español)
Do your kids know Spanish? They can learn some Spanish through stories at this special storytime. It's a fun way to teach children a new language or to simply enjoy stories in both English and Spanish. Thursdays at 10 a.m. at the Parachute Branch Library. For more information, call 285-9870. Bilingual Storytime will take a break after May 3rd for the summer and will resume in September.
Library Closed for Topping Off Ceremony
The New Castle Branch Library will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7th. Library staff will be attending a Topping Off Ceremony as the final beam is placed on the remodeled New Castle Branch Library building! We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your continued support of the libraries.
