Teen Zone takes place at the Gordon Cooper Branch Library Community Room on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. Teens are welcome to study, surf the net, read, write, draw, or hang out. You can bring your own laptop or borrow one of ours.

Celebrate Thanksgiving at the Rifle Branch Library! Teens are invited to create Thanksgiving table centerpieces out of interesting and unusual materials on Friday, November 9th at 1:00 pm. Materials are provided for by the library. Program is limited to 15 participants.
Celebrate the release of the exciting movie Brave at the Rifle Branch Library! We will show the movie for children and teens of all ages at 1:00 pm on Saturday November, 17. Popcorn will be served.
Manga and graphic novels appear in your dreams? Love to read backwards? Join with others suffering the same symptoms at the Anime Club! The club will meet on Monday, November, 26th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the Parachute Branch Library.
We invite Teens to Get Caught Reading during Teen Read Week! If you are caught reading at anytime during the week of Monday October 15th through Friday October 20th, you will be given a Caught Reading coupon. Bring your coupon to the Rifle Branch Library to redeem for a special prize!
Find a great read at a bargain price at the upcoming used book sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Glenwood Springs Branch Library. The sale will be held from Saturday October 6th through Saturday October 13th. Don’t miss the special preview for Friends members on Friday October 5th from 5 pm to 7 pm. Friends memberships are available at the door.
Every Wednesday after school the Rifle Branch Library will host open play on our Wii console. Teens from middle school and up are invited to join in for games and after school snacks!
All Garfield County Library locations will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd for the Thanksgiving holiday.
