Take a day away from your regular routine and work on any crafting project with us at the Parachute Branch Library. Sew, knit, crochet - have gifts to finish? This day is just for you! We'll host a "Make It" Monday on the first Mondays of November and December (November 7 and December 5). Drop in anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and stay as long as you like. We'll serve a soup and salad supper at 5:30 p.m. We'll also have tables, ironing borads, irons, and cutting mats all set up for your convenience.
Come to a traditional holiday tea at the New Castle Branch Library on Monday, December 5, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. We will discuss holiday customs from around the world. Children are welcome to attend with an adult. For more information, please call the library at 984-2346.

All are invited to join the Page Turners Book Club at the Parachute Branch Library for lively conversation and book discussion. The Page Turners meet on the second Tuesday of every month from 7-9 p.m.
Jim Campbell, PhD, and Sandy Jackson, MA, both adjunct professors at Colorado Mountain College, will talk about their experiences at the Snowmass dig site during the summer of 2011. Join us at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library on November 17 at 7 p.m. to learn about the excavation process and what was discovered.
