Garfield County Libraries download now overdrive image offers thousands of ebook titles to our members and the list is growing monthly. Most of our ebooks are available through Overdrive, a collection of ebooks shared between 20 libraries in western Colorado. You can access all of the library’s ebooks through our online catalog or see our Overdrive collection on the Overdrive website. Garfield County Libraries also purchases ebooks just for Garfield County members, so please login to your library account to make sure you see all the ebooks available to you.

eBooks and Libraries

 You may have noticed that our ebook selection is pretty limited. While we are actively growing our ebook collection, we are limited in collecting many titles because publishers simply will not sell to us. Publishers are worried that if they sell ebooks to libraries, they will lose money. Currently two publishers will sell ebooks to libraries: Random House and Harper Collins.
